AIMS Home Loans Pty Ltd, the flagship company of the AIMS Financial Group, was established in 1991. AIMS is a privately-owned, 100% Australian company engaged primarily in mortgage origination and mortgage loan management, catering for homebuyers and investors in Australia and recently has expanded into Asia.

Over the last 10 years, AIMS has collectively written more than AU$5 billion of mortgage loans in Australia.

AIMS has a trust management arm, AIMS Securitisation Pty Ltd (Australian Credit License Number 287846), which is responsible for the Group's mortgage-related funding activities. AIMS Securitisation has extensive experience in arranging mortgage securitisation activities and in setting up its own securitisation funding capability.    

AIMS has also set up AIMS Funds Management, a boutique financial services group providing quality advice, innovative products and premier customer service to Australia and China investors.

Australia-wide Non-Bank Mortgage Lender

AIMS is one of the first non-bank mortgage lenders in Australia with extensive experience in mortgages. AIMS provides loans through its company-owned offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, each equipped with a team of well-trained and professional Lending Consultants. It also has independently-owned Shopfronts and Mobile Lending Consultants nationwide. Further adding to its coverage of borrowers is its network of AIMS accredited Brokers through AIMS Third Party Distribution operating Australia-wide. 

Self-funded Lender

Unlike other non-bank mortgage lenders, AIMS runs its own securitisation program. Funds are raised from the capital markets through the issuance of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS). AIMS bonds are rated AAA by Standard and Poor's and Fitch Ratings. Since September 2000, AIMS has directly and indirectly issued over $2.5 billion in RMBS bonds.

International Reach
